Education & Career

2000: Graduated from Juntendo University Faculty of Medicine Obtained medical license; entered the Department of Dermatology, Juntendo University

2006: Earned Ph.D. at Juntendo University Graduate School of Medicine

2008: Became a Certified Dermatologist (Japanese Dermatological Association); appointed Associate Professor, Department of Dermatology, Juntendo University

2009: Left Juntendo University; moved to Singapore and worked at Raffles Japanese Clinic and Nihon Premium Clinic as lead Dermatologist for 15 years

2024: Returned to Japan

2025: (September) Opened Shibuya Lily Dermatology Clinic

I am pleased to announce the opening of Shibuya Lily Dermatology Clinic, located 5 mins away from Shibuya Station.
As a dermatologist with over 20 years of experience, including at Japanese clinics in Singapore, I have devoted my career to providing high-quality dermatologic care both in Japan and abroad.
At our clinic, we provide comprehensive treatment for skin, hair, and nail conditions for patients of all ages—from children to adults.
In addition to general dermatology services such as eczema, acne, atopic dermatitis, and hair loss, we also offer laser therapy for birthmarks (covered by insurance) and a range of aesthetic treatments for skin rejuvenation, pigmentation, and wrinkles.
For those new to dermatologic care or concerned about cosmetic procedures, our specialists will recommend safe and appropriate treatments and we’ll walk you through these options and be with you all the way through the treatments and after care.
We also provide consultations and medical reports in English, ensuring that international residents and visitors can feel at ease when seeking care.

At Shibuya Lily Dermatology Clinic, we take the following measures to ensure that every patient can visit us with confidence and comfort.

International residents and visitors are welcome.

Dermotology and Aesthetic practice

We provide both NHI covered treatments and Private self-paid (cosmetic) medical services.

Treatment policy

We respect each patient’s wishes and we work together to select the most appropriate treatment plan.

What you need for your medical examination

For foreign residents living in Japan

please present either your Health Insurance Card or your My Number Card (Individual Number Card) at the reception.

For foreign nationals not residing in Japan

please present your passport or a document that shows your current insurance coverage.

How our clinic works

Enquiry/ Make an appointment

Make appointment: As our clinic is appointment-based, we kindly ask you to make your reservation online and fill out the online medical questionnaire.

For emergencies: In case of sudden symptoms, please contact us by phone. +81-3-6433-7883

Documentation for visit: When visiting the clinic, kindly bring an identification document such as your Japanese health insurance card or passport.

Consultation

Visit: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment and check in at the reception. The doctor will see you for the consultation and explain the diagnosis and possible treatment options.

Consultation: Once you have agreed to the recommended treatment or procedure, the treatment may be carried out or medication may be prescribed on the same day.

Post treatment and Payment

Payment: After the consultation is completed, please proceed to the reception area to make payment. We accept payment by credit card or in Japanese Yen.

Medication: NHI Patients: Will receive their medications at the time of payment. In the case of special medications, a prescription may be issued instead.
Non resident patient:Will receive receive prescriptions for fulfilment at local pharmacies.
