Before your visit, please check with your insurance company to confirm whether treatment at our clinic is covered, and please also confirm the documents and procedures required for filing a claim.

We’ll listen to your concerns and preferences, and after a doctor examines your skin, we’ll recommend the most suitable treatment or procedure for you. -
This may be possible depending on the type of treatment and our availability on the day of your visit. If you would like to receive treatment on the same day, please select “Consultation + Treatment” from the appointment menu. However, please note that same-day treatment may not be available for certain procedures that require a preliminary examination or preparation.

This varies depending on the procedure. Please allow plenty of time for your visit, as it includes a consultation, facial cleansing, the procedure itself, and post-procedure care. For procedures requiring anesthesia, the anesthesia process takes about 30 minutes, so the entire visit—from arrival to completion—may take 1 hour and 30 minutes or longer.
-

Additionally, if you are receiving a treatment, we ask that you wash your face before the procedure.
We have a powder room available at the clinic, so please feel free to use it. -
For safety reasons, we cannot accommodate beauty treatments with children present.
