To help us provide smooth and timely care for all patients, we ask that you follow the cancellation policy below.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. In unavoidable circumstances, we may consider cancellations on a case-by-case basis.
Cosmetic Treatment Appointments
No cancellation fee if you contact us by closing time on the business day before your appointment.
¥3,300 cancellation fee (tax included) if you change or cancel after closing time on the business day before your appointment, including on the day of your appointment.
¥5,500 cancellation fee (tax included) for no-shows without prior notice.
